    You have lost all credibility with that last post ....... If that is what they are prepared to pay then they are recovering that from the builder.

    I don't think that the 90%+ of builders our company services would agree with what you are suggesting in your post.

    Demand and Supply - I can't imagine any bricklayer would take on anymore work by dropping the margin which is what you are suggesting.
