Would think there could be an ann today or tomorrow on the LOI, why ? my thinking is the presentation released yesterday was quite intense another words that would have been in the making for a few days to a week at least in the preparation of the document, therefore at the time of writting the presentation one would have assumed that the final draft was still being finalised. So maybe its too much to assume today or tomorrow but it must be close. My thoughts only or maybe my hopes only. NO i am not ramping this stock as it does not need it.
