    Just finished reading a book my friend lent me about Techincal Analysis. It's by Stan Weinstein called Secrets For Profiting in Bull and Bear Markets. It's really good.

    PRE seems to fit the pattern he looks for when buying a stock. Can anyone confirm?

    Any other stocks he might be buying right now?
