The short answer is YES.
This is a classic Weinstein buy. Breaking out from a base on strong volume. He says buy half your position on the breakout and the other half if it retraces then takes off again.
Another one is WTE but that's much further gone. I'd wait for a retracement. If your software allows it put the PRE and WTE charts on top of each other for a 3 year period and you'll see what PRE could do.
