To the cynical mind GDN at the moment looks like a setup to get the oppies into the money and get converted.

We've all seen it before where lots of good news comes flooding out for the 3 months before expiry.

This share has got to be sitting on a knife edge. If the oppies don't get converted do they have a method of raising enough cash for another well?
