As they say, the leopard change it's spots but not it's skin. Hence why you get into trouble. And, as for demanding, there is no such thing. ASKING MAYBE, BUT DEMANDING, NOT.

A bit of good manners and a bit of consideration for other investors, and their ideas, would go a long way.

And, constructive criticism, supported by solid evidence, would go a long way towards getting noticed of. NOT JUST HOT AIR.
