    I am sorry, I think I misunderstood you.

    There are no photos of this nature, because of the settings required to take photos in broad daylight, with a camera that has been set to take photographs of people and the lunar landscape are basically incompatible with photographing stars. The stars are dim (regardless of the presence of atmosphere or not) and cameras are not capable of settings that would permit this to occur. Additionally, the mission wasn't to take photos of the sky from the moon. It was to take photos of the ground and the people on the ground.

    Maybe one day we'll have telescopic cameras on the moon to permit this sort of imagery, but I can just about promise you they'll only be used in the lunar night.

    Hell, even the James Web orbital telescope has a massive sun sheild on it so they can use it from where it orbits.
