Apart from a very generous tax benefit there's also:
- lower COP
- proximity to market
- strategic location
Which Australia will never be able to offer.
Sure there's has been delays to do with Lynas been used as a political issue.
Anyone that has been on the Lynas thread over the last few months would know this already and this has mostly been sorted out. DYO search for more info.
