Agree Gripper. You only have to see the Apr 08 meeting. The guy should not be chairman. I am on the west coast, otherwise would have loved to go to the meeting.
Someone should ask that "if a similar transaction comes up in the future, will they ignore OX shareholders again to get their own way?" or "best way to proceed"
Barry Cusack's answer will be predictable, he needs to be challenged a lot more, and come out sweating.
