But if you are serious about addressing the meeting tomorrow, may I suggest that the best way to alienate fellow shareholders, and Ox management, is to chose to use phrases like "wallow in the trough" and "raping of his shareholders". Such phrases are not necessary to make your points very clearly. Those words are 'colourful' and tasteless imho.

The impact of your sentiments will be favourably accepted by the shareholders, I am sure, but the colourful language make people decidedly uncomfortable in a public setting of any kind, let alone a large group of serious investors, seeking answers.

It should not be used as a forum to issue insults. It simply dilutes the value of what you are saying.

Well, that is my opinion. I would feel embarrassed, and I feel certain I would not be the only one. You would achieve less that way than offering a well reasoned and succinctly argued case.
