IMO any protest etc. will be weakened & easily discredited through the selective use of information without reference to / acknowledgement of the independent assessment / advice in the Merger Scheme Explanatory Memo.

IMO the Board should be held accountable through the use of a set of precisely worded questions. At any hint of abuse / insults the Chair of such meetings has few options but to rule the person out of order - IMO a respectful but insistent approach is a more effective way of getting meaningful responses.

Disclosure - I voted online for the name change, for 3 directors to be re-elected & against Resolutions 3&4 as a matter of principle. I still intend to be at the meeting despite a long trip to get there. As a holder of both OXR & ZFX I had full confidence in their management & still do.
