"IF" is the thing of the past and would never happen.
Lets focus on the future and nail those people responsible.
I dont know about others but until today, I personally believe that CCC was established just to chiseled me out of my money.
Things that must be investigated are:
If management fail to:
a) act in good faith (bonafide) in the best interests of the company and to act with care and diligence. b)Prohibition against the misuse of information obtained by directors c)Duty to avoid a conflict in the position of a director or any interest that a director may have. THIS IS WHAT piss me off seeing how some of my $$$ had gone from CCC into another companies owned by directors as "consulting fees" and other craps or used as reimbursement of travel, bla bla bla. e)Duty to avoid prevent insolvent trading
