    Thanks everyone for getting such a good and important debate going. I have read the replies and find it very educational to see different opinions on the same issues at hand.

    You may all find it interesting that a certain GDN poster has asked the GDN board if they intend to respond to my post. Daz49 has stated the following in the GDN thread: " I have read that post, and have forwarded it to GDN via the website. I asked how the board will repond...but I dont expect a response. colhgelium (sic) may be in serious legal trouble if any of the companies mentioned feel they have been defamed by the claims in his/her post"

    Interesting when I am only doing this in the best interest of shareholders that have suffered (such as GDN shareholders), that said shareholders are actively trying to get some sort of legal action against me! I think it is in poor form to be honest.

    Anyway, I will keep you posted. Now back to the original purpose of this exercise. When I suggested the mass protest my main concern was affecting ordinary shareholders in an adverse way i.e. purging orders that would trigger margin calls or stops. The only way for this to work and be effective is:
    - Everyone is aware of said date;
    - People are urged to pull orders or close positions prior to said date.

    Do I think this will make any difference? Realistically no, but I hope it will, as per the original intent, raise the issues at hand and bring awareness to the regulatory bodies that shareholders are getting sick and tired of being treated like this. Companies need to be put on notice!

    I still intend to protest on 16th June and I hope all those that thumbed up this post will do the same. 311 and counting?
