I love the old Victorian style homes built at the end of the 19th Century, yes many need a bit of a makoever to bring them back to life but compare them to the rubbish that project builders are throwing together today! A dwelling built from go to whoa in under 14 weeks!

I used to buy Makita power tools when they were made in Japan (now made in China) and I'm an ex tradie and I haved Makita tools that are over 20 years old and still going strong. It was/is a pain in the behind when you're on a job and have to head off to Bunnings to get the GMC grinder that you paid $59, replaced. SEEMED LIKE A GOOD IDEA AT THE TIME ;)
