Better to be alone than in a half arsed relationship. Some people stick together for financial reasons,nice home don't want to split it and end up in a little flat each? Or one has a rich parent who won't just die and keeps them hanging on lol.
We have friends like this who should have dumped each other years ago.They even go on separate holidays for one or two months at a time.
My darling told me if I ever went fishing with the boys in Thailand or the Philippines as someeople we know do ,the locks would be changed and all my stuff would be on the lawn when I came back :-))
I was serving in a shop we had once when a very pretentious young woman was telling us about how her new husband was going diving with some mates in Thailand. As she left the shop one of the sales guys turned and said " that would be muff diving" ?
