    The market is showing a recovery with Analysts providing indicators that is showing recovery, builders are starting to raise thier prices, land value are starting to go up.

    Some one offers you a low ball price for your prime realestate.

    The market is showing a recovery in the iron ore market.
    UMC have a comercial deposit that the chinese want to get involved in.

    To accept the BHP offer goes beyond stupid IMO.
