If SDL was in a game of civilization it would be one of the assets needed to build a massive empire. How many top quality DSO projects are there in the world? especially in a region where china has the ability to spend the money on construction and development which ends up going into their own pocket anyway..
Its fantastic economics... very smart.. why wouldn't they be involved? I believe if they lose the project to the Europeans it would be a stupid move by the Chinese in terms of economics. The deal is a win win for the Chinese
