there are many health and behavioural problems in these towns as such often accompanies drug abuse. So much Anger among Aboriginal people due to their collective history of abuse and deprivation by white people.
yet every gov just throws more money at Aboriginal people in the hopes they might go away..... no real attempts to help these people to manage their own people in a better, pragmatic and functional way.
Have you read much on epigenicity hersuit, the influences of trauma over generations which accumulate genetic alternations?
