Just saying the few cases that made it court failed to show anything like a Gov policy to separate black kids from their parents based on race.

Absolutely... the toxicity of their comm are not endemic just to them But if they live out there and put themselves thru the abuse they do, then you can't blame whites for their lower mortality.
Ie you have a drug-related, violence-related helth-related episode in Redfern, you get medical tx in short order...in Woop Woop Outback Nowhere...you're on your own. Unless you want ambulances and hospitals at every community. That aint gonna happen nor SHOULD it happen.
The vast majority of their lower longevity is based on life's choices of:
food eaten
tobacco smoked
alcohol drunk and
physical trauma endured and inflicted
And yea... alot of that is driven by hopeless despair, lack of work and purpose but again living a zillion miles from anywhere...there will be no jobs,no opportunities and no chance to advance
