Would you take the anti-vaxxer pledge not to go to hospital?

'Would you be prepared to sign a declaration that you will not seek medical help if you develop COVID? What about your child?'

It's a hypothetical question put by Professor Peter Doherty. It's academic for us in Australia now, but in 2022 it probably won't be. That's because, when we eventually open up and COVID spreads, anti-vaxxers with COVID will take all the ICU beds and vaccinated people with heart attacks, serious injuries and other life-threatening emergencies won't be able to access acute care.

Why do I know this? Because that's what's happening now in the US. Anti-vaxxers are overwhelming hospitals, especially in Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Florida, the Dakotas and other (mainly red) states. Links are provided to this pandemic of the unvaccinated.

With the indications that anti-vaxxers are killing the vaccinated in the US by preventing them from accessing emergency care, you getting the jab is not really a personal choice. It still affects the rest of us. But you can remedy that, partially. Pledge here, now, to stay at home to recover or die and not to go to hospital if you have COVID.

Shouldn't be a biggie for all those who have been telling us for months it's a bad cold or just the flu, or a scamdemic, and a strong immune system will knock it on the head.

Who out of our resident anti-vaxxers is willing to pledge not to go to hospital with COVID?
