Political pressure should have no influence on our medication approval process. Once that line is crossed then expect drugs released on the market that are not safe or tested to be safe.
I do believe in the right to try if you are terminal, but not if the medication will be used to be administered to whole population with no legal ramifications if it causes death and illness.
