Can't imagine anyone with those sort of qualifications would be that gullible - they would have done their research well and truly before signing up to the job.
Also a lot of consultation would have gone into this, before contracts were signed off - I don't feel fooled as a shareholder either, when they are spending money in this way to advance the project.
