    Hey @mallis,
    My opinion is the JV has not been dragging it's feet. I think it proved the viability of the project to Mr Creasy with the scoping study and has been waiting ever since for Mr Creasy to get his act into shape. Now we see GAL racing to catch up with a fast tracking scoping study so that a combined BAR/CNJ/GAL can get into action in whatever form.
