    Now that our friend (Mr.Scrooge -Stooge) has been taken out with his 1 million at 41c perhaps this will now be a Christmas Carol for all of the patient NEON shareholders..
    Or is it the Christmas Carol scenario of the Haves and Have nots .... when one has info and another doesn't ... eg sell 1 million versus buy 1.3 million ??
