Thank you for clarifying that, as I was still in a bit of holiday mode when I saw the story pop up in my feed. I felt like this type of news is unfortunate given that TCG just did a deal, which has had a brilliant impact to the share price with hopefully much more to follow. Also, I believed that if there was a direct impact to TCG then some sort of announcement would be made.

On the surface, it looks a little trivial (see below).
De Montessus denied allegations of misconduct but acknowledged “a lapse in judgement,” in a statement issued later Thursday afternoon. The former executive said that in 2021 he instructed an unnamed creditor of Endeavour to offset an amount owed to the company for essential security equipment, to protect its partners and employees in an unspecified conflict zone.

The TCG management have clearly built some sort of working relationship with Endeavour, so hopefully none of this stuff loses too much momentum.
