Agree, dont know why there is such a fixation that MPO issued shares to raise capital. It seems that many here resent that some one else makes a profit. personally, I dont have any cash to fund an increased holding. Had they offerred shareholders this opportunity, they would sold down shares equal to the entitlement to make the 5c, causing the press to be depressed.
MPO has got good assets that need to certified for it to go to the next level of growth. Once certification done, deals can be made to supply gas. All this needs is money and it will now have close to $50m ($17m plus $33m less some expenses).
People would need to relaise that a capital raising was required to continue the growth. Expect another capital raising to build infrastructure. But hopefully this is some time next year when the shares are past $1.(and at this price it is still only has a cap value of some $900m)
