Colonies enumerated, organisms classified/ID'd and as stated 'This allows for use as a screening tool to eliminate negative and normal flora and would be an effective mechanism to reduce unnecessary review of negative cultures.'
You're right though, no FDA approval (yet) and it is just adjunct software to the WaspLab system not a stand alone instrument. LBT/CCS certainly have the edge, let's just hope they get shit together and maintain it!
