Tony's low turnout was due to his current unpopularity with both the general public and within his own party. His days are numbered. I am sure he would attract 300 votes (gauging by the entrenched thumbs-up counts) from certain HC members but in the real world most now see him for what he is.
Malcolm would attract a crowd, maybe Joe too. Even Bronnie. Tony is now becoming a heavily repeated joke. Low content individual.Mr Bannerman.
