Maybe your theory doesnt apply to Tony because people didn't want him in....probably because he has flip flopped on climat change for years, has no credible policy, a policy everyone knows is only a token gesture and has backed himself into a no win situation, the only chance the libs have is to change leader.
We are hardly leading the world on this, other countries are well ahead,most countries produce small percentages of emissions by the simple fact there are so many countries emitting. We are in the top 20, we need to do our part or get left behind
