what happenened was the bots were selling pen at 13.5 for 1000 lots and buying penoa for 1000 lots at 10 cents the selling stopped at 13.5 in the pen when there was no more on offer at 10 cents in the penoa shares looks like they wanted the arbitrage for the .05 cents....funny but thats what happenend....imo
