It is just possible theres a perception that the market cant see how POH can fund Elixia ie finance the production to produce sales capable of the required cash flow POH needs to evolve . Many would be concerned about the need for future capital . Theres a lot of good developing tech' out there but you need money ! POH needs 'a deal' with upfronts to move the sp .
