'ProPhase Labs 50/50 split in Phusion pd. POH $1m + 1.44m shares + $2.5m for initial development & marketing of new products.
They committed 5 million bucks just for the rights to use tpm in some OTCs that we don't even know about, and maybe they don't know.
just imagine how much the big boys will commit with the top pipeline products.
But we've had one playez with prophase worth 5 million....
