    It's what hasn't happened that's the problem. EGM on 27 Jan approved share issue to MM, but appendix 3B not filed with ASX yet. So a warning flag here to be cautious. No news may be bad news.

    My last post was moderated, so I will try to rephrase it:

    ATI existing bonds trading OTC at 18% yield - junk status (fact mr mod)
    Next interest pmt due 15 feb (another fact)

    But let's be positive. This isn't a forum for rumors of capital raisings or impending insolvency.
