    I agree with you most heartily.

    This is a pretty dumb strategic move on DOW's part, because I think what they are buying, in terms of a business model, is a huge lemon.

    And not just a regular lemon, however: a lemon that is riddled with debt.

    Then again, it comes as no surprise as DOW has a long track record of spending shareholder capital on strategically dumb things, and then writing it off again some time later.

    One has to wonder what on earth sometimes goes on in some of the boardrooms of some companies.

    Long-suffering SPO shareholders must be looking to the heavens and thanking their lucky stars.
