There's little doubt that the acquisition has resulted in DOW being priced as though Spotless is a smaller Quindell. Spotless is smaller relative to DOW and doesn't have the same regulatory risk as Quindell has, whose business largely (and conveniently) disappeared almost as seen as the acquisition was completed when laws around personal injury claims in the UK were changed.
