I suspect DOW hasn't bottomed. Dow is diversified in anything and everything. It seems DOW is continuing to punch everywhere including the air by this acquisition.
SPO, 'Private equity firm Pacific Equity partners listed the company on the ASX in 2014, less than two years after buying it.' I don't know about their cleaning performance, but I have an idea about their daily menu. Aussies, Indians and Asians don't seem to like it that much that they'd rather walk a kilometre to buy food.
