Could see a small bounce once UBS sells down overhang , i assume shorters will be all over this situation.

The Downer EDI share price is expected to remain under pressure this week as adviser UBS continues to sell down the overhang of stock not taken up in the $1.01 billion capital raising.
UBS was left with 44 million unsold entitlements in the two-for-five offer, after just two-thirds of the raising was taken up.
