why should coby ring HAW mgt re the phase 3 drill results when 18-6-12 LCY Ann stated the $3.5 spend to earn 60% was complete and then on the 5-7-12 LCY Ann Mt Bevan transfer executed.....

This is the problem:

LCY Ann 4-7-12 Quote:

"SRK consulting has been engaged to conduct modelling and mineral resource estimation work following receipt of final assays and DTR test results.It is anticipated that a revised resource statement would be issued in late August."

LCY are the one's that put up the time line for all to see and haven't followed through...

I also note with interest all the talk of grilling your board at the AGM (LCY) and the list of questions that were to be asked,the phase 3 results question was not asked or replied to...Why not?...and please correct me if i am wrong :)
