Thats maybe re the voting rights.
It does look like they can use them at the July 31st meeting but then again under your definition they could of used them anyway as the Sinosteel ''Play'' end July 18th
Why would Harbinger make this kind of announcement if it didnt change anything. I'm leaning towards the idea that the treasurer has overules the TO commitee.
