If no enough marketing (PR in this case ) is done, how can customers (investors in this case) get to know the good products (Biota business and BTA shares in this case)?
I am sure the management people are not as stupid as they seem and their have had plans in their mind. I do not think thier plans have put shareholders' interest in the first place. that is just what I think.
