    you are about right with .023 cents value. After interest is paid on the $150 mil there will be approx $6mil in the bank plus add value for the shell.

    The upside for DMG will be in the decisions made by the board in vending in new projects. There are a lot of good projects with distressed sellers out there and Dragon are in a good position to take advantage.
