Are WOW's costs under control?
My supermarket today had someone at the entrance door sanitising the baskets. It was early on a cold morning so I didn't expect it to be busy.
If there's still somewhat of a shift (by a small percentage of all shops) to online ordering and delivery by Wollies truck or contracted courier like FastWay, I just can't see with the cost of labour in Oz for the fulfilment centres how this is profitable for Woolies (or Coles).
