    YES..I believe it..that's why we invested in MTU......

    and at a 76% roi in 2 parcels.....100%+ roi in 3 other parcels..I am very happy and as such have taken a very small profit out of 1 lot to go and buy a new Mctavish 10" longboard....Thats why the mkts are so cool....

    but to be honest what MTU has done is no surprise...
