Someone said here that a downfall is 3.9 bill shares, what do you think EXR would have done to find the dal, a CR, issuing probably same amount.
Ok, so I sold out of EXR to get in here.
Simple, cash flow, break even is US$35, this is a no brainer, have placed an order for 9 mill this morning and selling the last of EXR
