Hm I see where you've got the $15bn figure from, by adding $10bn in lease liabilities. I can only say that lease liabilities for a supermarket giant like WOW is interest bearing debt in name only. In practice, it's an operating expense. It behaves very differently from $10bn of loans. They've also got a roughly equivalent asset in the form of "lease assets", so it's a wash. But everyone makes their own decisions and they can use whichever figure suits them best I guess.
