WOW has delayed the release of its 3rd qtr sales until April 30.
The official explanation was 're-scheduling' of senior management (what ever this means).
Could it be a prelude to softer numbers than the market expects, and they are hoping that april will provide a more positive picture that can be highlighted upon release of the 3rd quarter numbers?
only time will tell. but i find it interesting that the delay has occured after Metcash highlighted that jan/feb sales were 'uninspirating' due to lack of food inflation.
