This is the announcement I and others have been waiting for a long time since BQT made the announcement on 27th October about the Dubai Sports City [BQT_ASX_28_10_07] $27M job, without mentioning the actual partner who would do the job for them. This teaming agreement now tells the whole story.
Obviously the new BQT CEO though it was about time to disclose who the partner was.
Great announcement, tons of money coming in IMHO.
