Very poor investor relations management by the company. The fact they can't provide guidance for FY 14 until November sends a bad signal to the market as they should know how they are tracking. They would have been better off leaving out of the Managing Directors presentation that they were still working out guidance.

So we now have a situation where a company which has only delivered positive announcements is being trashed because the market is emotionally sceptical.
