Hey Resourceful if you wanna make money out of the situation you Buy both PMN and SUN:
Scenario 1:
Deal falls over PMN shares tank but you win cause SUN will rocket and PMN will recover once they next predator lines up.
Scenario 2:
Deal goes ahead...you end up with $1.80 in the claw and a whole lot of cheap SUN shares.
Scenario 3:
Third partly makes a play...whoever they target you got it covered.
And lets not forget SUN is trading at a PE of 12.36
