GMG needs to make a statement to the market urgently clarifying its overall position.
Too much damage is occurring with the company remaining silent and not responding to market speculation about its distribution.
Of course they will tell you if you email them that the distribution will be 9.65 cents because they haven't announced publicly anything different.
It wouldn't now surprise me that they don't do what all the other property trusts are doing and that is reducing distributions further and retaining profits to reduce debt until markets stablise.
Even if they do do this it should have a positive effect on the sp because uncertainty will have been removed and the yield will still be more than attractive.
